ORA handles the full production side of your standing-seam jobs as one complete service, from takeoff to final walkthrough. Your company stays the name on the job.
We review the scope, measurements, specs and installation details, then build the takeoff so the job is ready to schedule. We can order the materials for you, or you can order them from our takeoff.
Install date, deliveries, crews and equipment lined up so the job starts on time, with clear communication to you and, if you choose, your homeowner at every step.
Homeowner questions on site handled professionally, in your company's name. You get progress updates throughout the day, and your homeowner can too if you choose.
05 · Throughout the job
Photos at every stage, plus overhead drone shots, for your project records, insurance files and marketing.
06 · Optional
Optional flyers and outreach around active installs. Every lead goes back to you.
07 · After the install
Magnet sweep, disposal, punch list and the final walkthrough, led by your install manager.
Mechanical-lock panels from McElroy Metal and Englert, formed on site. Send the width, gauge and color on your scope, and we confirm panels, clips, trim and fasteners in the takeoff before anything is ordered.
Every roof is run from McElroy Metal or Englert coil on our roll former at your job, so panels go up in one continuous length with no factory seams or shipping damage.
Manufacturer warranties are limited and issued by the coil manufacturer, not ORA. Summary of standard terms for standard colors in the continental U.S.: coverage typically requires a roof slope of at least 1/4:12, excludes salt-water exposure (McElroy within 1,500 ft, Englert within 1/2 mile), covers the original owner, and may require registration. Special colors carry shorter terms. Full terms at mcelroymetal.com and englertinc.com.
