ORA Metal Roofing Partners home
How it works

From sold job to finished roof in five steps.

You sell the project and keep the customer. We take it from your scope to the final walkthrough, and keep you posted the whole way.

1 Send us the project Upload your Hover or EagleView report, your work order or scope, and photos of the house. Note the panel, color and anything unusual. The prep guide lists what to look for.
2 Get your price and start window We review the details and send back an exact install price and an available start window, so you can lock in your sale with confidence.
3 Approve, order and schedule Once you approve, we finalize the takeoff. We can order the materials for you, or you can order them yourself from our takeoff. Then we set the install date. You get the schedule, and your homeowner too if you choose.
4 We install Our crew arrives with the roll former, tears off, dries in and installs. An install manager is on site every day, the property is protected and tarped, and the site is cleaned up throughout the day. You get updates as the work moves along, and your homeowner can too if you choose.
5 Closeout and handoff Cleanup, punch list and the homeowner walkthrough. You get the full photo record and final documentation, and the job comes back to you finished.

Communication

You'll never wonder what's happening on your job.

You get updates throughout the day: crew arrival, progress photos, anything that comes up and when we're done. If you choose, your homeowner gets them too, in your company's name.
